Gregory Heller serves as Managing Director of Acquisitions at HGI, based in Los Angeles, California, where he spearheads the firm’s West Coast transactions effort. Mr. Heller is responsible for sourcing and underwriting opportunities across both the multifamily and commercial sectors, as well as coordinating due diligence and closing efforts. Prior to joining HGI in 2018, he served as Vice President at JRK Property Holdings, a Los Angeles-based multifamily investment firm with $6 billion in assets under management. Prior to JRK, Mr. Heller worked in Deutsche Bank's Sales & Trading division in New York City. He holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
