Jeremy R. Voigtmann serves as Managing Director for Commercial and Construction Management for HGMC. He leads the Commercial and Construction Management teams for HGMC, coordinates with project, regional and property managers to ensure the vision for each asset is realized, and leads the Technical Services team. Mr. Voigtmann brings over 20 years of experience in operations, management, and construction across office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties. Since joining HGMC in 2000, he has held various management and senior leadership roles, contributing to numerous acquisition and disposition due diligence efforts, as well as the implementation of property operational and capital improvement plans.  Prior to joining HGMC, Mr. Voigtmann worked with Prime Group Realty Trust. He holds a BS from the University of Tennessee.
