Jeremy R. Voigtmann leads the Commercial and Construction Management teams for Harbor Group Management Company and its Multifamily, Class A/B office, medical office and retail assets totaling 5.3 million square feet and 55,000 units.  Mr. Voigtmann communicates and coordinates with various project, regional and property managers to ensure that the vision for each asset is realized. 

Additionally, Jeremy leads the Technical Services team, which includes a Vice President of Technical Services and six Regional Maintenance Managers. These individuals provide guidance to the onsite maintenance teams, perform quarterly site inspections, ensure adherence to company SOPs and track open work orders and vacant ready units

Jeremy has over 20 years’ experience in operations, management, and construction of office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties.  Since joining HGMC in April 2000, Jeremy has held various management and senior management positions within the company and has collaborated to lead numerous acquisition/disposition due diligences and property operational and capital plan implementations.  Prior to joining HGMC, Jeremy worked with Prime Group Realty Trust in its Knoxville, TN office.  Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Tennessee.
