James Vallos serves as Managing Director and Head of Direct Real Estate Asset Management for HGI. He oversees all of the firm’s multifamily and commercial property investments in the US and the UK. Prior to joining HGI in 2007, Mr. Vallos worked with Mills Corporation focusing on asset management and redevelopment of the REIT’s portfolio of shopping centers. He holds a BA in Economics from Allegheny College and an MBA in Economics from Youngstown State University.
