Karen Schrah serves as Managing Director for HGMC. She chairs Harbor Group’s Leadership Conference (HGLC) and is a member of HGI's Operations Committee and HGMC’s Business Continuity and Change Management Committees. In her role, Ms. Schrah is responsible for overseeing multifamily property operations and managing properties for third-party clients, involving property management, leasing, marketing, construction, and training. She is also actively involved in the underwriting of acquisitions, due diligence, and capital enhancement programs. Prior to joining HGMC in 2006, Ms. Schrah served as a regional manager for UDR, Alliance Residential, and Lincoln Property Company. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she serves as Chairman of the Board, President, and Founder of Living for Zachary, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of sudden cardiac arrest in youth.
