Lane Shea serves as Managing Director and is Co-Head of Asset Management of HGI, where she is responsible for capital transactions, with a particular focus on mortgage loan financing and property dispositions. In addition, she holds a senior role in guiding overall asset management activities for direct equity investments. Ms. Shea is a member of HGI’s Executive, Investment, and Alternative Investment Committees. Prior to joining HGI in 2000, Ms. Shea held a position at CB Richard Ellis, where she specialized in property valuation and underwriting. She graduated magna cum laude from American University with a BS in Business Administration and Economics.
