Michael Nathan serves as Chief Investment Officer of Commercial at HGI, where he is responsible for all facets of the firm’s commercial investment platform, including direct equity and credit investments. He oversees investment execution, portfolio management, and strategic growth initiatives across the commercial investment platform. Prior to joining HGI in 2022, Mr. Nathan served as Partner and Managing Principal at TKF Real Estate Investment, where he oversaw all aspects of the firm’s business. He has also held senior roles at Paramount Group, Inc. and SL Green Realty Corp. Mr. Nathan holds a BS and MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
