NORFOLK, VA (August 15, 2016) – Bank of America will relocate its regional headquarters to Dominion Tower, the iconic downtown Norfolk building located at 999 Waterside Drive and the company’s logo will adorn the crown of the building, according to the building’s ownership, an affiliate of Norfolk-based Harbor Group International, LLC. 

Merrill Lynch, a Bank of America company, already has a significant presence in the building.

Bank of America will occupy the 8th floor, comprising approximately 15,400 square feet. Dominion Tower, built in 1987, borders the entrance to Interstate 264 on Waterside Drive. The 26-story, 403,276 square foot office building features an iconic granite façade and 360 degree views of downtown Norfolk and the Elizabeth River. The building is attached to an eight level parking garage which contains 1,255 spaces and is known for the Wyland Whale mural on the wall facing downtown. The building has numerous amenities including Vintage Kitchen Restaurant, Café Crema, Tinto Wine & Cheese, a YMCA and Touch Team Massage.
