Steven Bernstein serves as Managing Director of Credit Transactions at HGI, where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing real estate credit transactions across the firm’s credit investment strategies. Mr. Bernstein also oversees capital markets activities for the credit platform, encompassing warehouse, repo and securitization financing. He holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
