Steven Bernstein is a Managing Director of HGI. Mr. Bernstein is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing real estate debt transactions across the firm’s multifamily investment strategies. Additionally, he manages capital markets activities and relationships for the multifamily credit platform. Mr. Bernstein graduated magna cum laude from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland with a B.S. in finance and accounting.
